Precast
We manufacture a wide range of precast products such as girders, culverts, compound walls, etc used in various concrete construction projects by creating typically a factory or precast concrete plant-like environment at your site to cast concrete in our reusable mold. The concrete is then poured into the mold and allowed to cure and harden till it reaches the desired strength, later which the structural elements are demolded and transported to the particular site location for installation.
Pre & Post Stressing
Our deployment comes with experienced engineers and special hydraulic jacks that are aligned with the duct to apply a predetermined amount of force to the tendons made with high-strength steel strands as per the design and your site engineer to create a compressive force on the concrete, effectively preloading it and increasing its load-carrying capacity for precast elements like concrete girders, segments, slab, etc.
Cast-In-Situ
Precast may not be efficient at all places, that's where our team of highly skilled engineers, supervisors, foreman, skilled and unskilled manpower along with formwork and other plant and equipment come into play. It offers flexibility in terms of design, as the concrete can be shaped to fit specific requirements and accommodate complex geometries and required on-site customization for various applications such as foundations, walls, columns, beams, slabs, and other concrete structures.
